Looking at a lock vs float situation on a $650k DSCR loan. The 10-yr Treasury has been moving 15-20bps a week. What is everyone doing?

My strategy: if I am within 30 days of close I lock immediately. A 20bps move against you on $650k is $86 per month forever.

We offer 45 and 60-day locks as well. Happy to run lock vs float scenarios for your specific situation.
