Why it matters on a DSCR loan

DSCR loans are the default financing tool for investors who are self-employed, already carry several mortgages, or simply don't want to hand over tax returns — the property qualifies, not your paystub. You'll still be underwritten on credit, reserves, and down payment, so 'no income docs' doesn't mean no underwriting.
